Speaker: Scott Ugras
Scott currently works in Corporate Strategy at Sarepta Therapeutics. Prior to joining Sarepta, Scott was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey, where he focused on the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Over ~3.5 yrs at McKinsey, Scott worked with many clients across a wide range of projects, including corporate and R&D strategy, organizational design and effectiveness, due diligence and corporate development. He was also actively involved in advanced degree recruiting and interviewing, and was the lead recruiter for the Philadelphia office. Prior to McKinsey, Scott earned his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from UPenn. Scott is passionate about helping candidates with their interview prep and looks forward to meeting with any interested candidates.
