This is the third session of Level 1 of PhD Plus STEM Future Faculty module In this session, participants will learn about funding opportunities for faculty careers & discovery tools  synergize discussions from previous sessions to align their interests and likes to academic environments (research-intensive, teaching-intensive, both) and cultures. create Individual Development Plan for short-term and long-term career goals.  This session will inform which relevant skills training topics in level 2 of PhD Plus STEM Future Faculty to participate in.
