PhD+ STEM Future Faculty: 1.2 Community for Career Assessment

This is the second session of Level 1 of PhD Plus STEM Future Faculty module  In this session, participants will understand and discuss the significance of professional communities in understanding faculty hiring practices & success measures analysis of faculty job market in STEM. The discussion will lead to evaluation of ‘success criteria’, gaps in knowledge and how to gather more data for fuller understanding.
